I made sure to practice safe, quality holistic care for all patients. This includes communicating to them about their needs/preferences and
trying our best to meet those needs. I would focus on a plan of care for each pt and educate them on everything while respecting their
spiritual preferences.

I have been able to collaborate a lot better with the team. Being on the same unit for the majority of my time this semester on
Neuroscience, I was able to build connections, establish relationships, and become familiar with the staff and required tasks. Nursing is all
teamwork, and I was able to help out a lot more.

I make sure to use my knowledge to perform best clinical practice in order to reduce our patient's length of stay and provide safe, quality
care to them.

I always make sure to communicate any safety concerns to other healthcare members, and I noticed this was always addressed during
hand off reports. I would always look at why I would be administering certain medications to patients in order to keep them safe and
healthy.

I would make sure to keep all patient information confidential. I was able to look through pt charts and navigate the system appropriately.
