2. What are Business events and Technology events found in the case? (15 points)

3. Create a timeline of significant business and technology events that took place at this
case over time. In what ways does new technology fit with company strategy and
business goals? (15 points)

4. Describe the benefits of new technology and systems! 15 points)

5. What did the company do right that has led to the successful deployment of new
technology and systems within the organization? (15 points)

6. What has promoted the spread or growth of new technology and systems within and
across the organization over time? (10 points)

7. What are the implications of a new system, which will replace existing operational
sources? (10 points)

8. What lessons learned from this case can be applied to other organizations? (10 points)
