First 5 seconds: Hook (pre-sell them on watching the video).

5 - 30 seconds: ATTRACT (who this is for) and REPEL (who this is NOT for)

30 - 120 seconds (ish) Educate.

● Angle 1 - contrarian. (Everything you’ve learned is wrong. Here’s why.)


● Angle 2 - New way vs old way. Example “automated webinars vs on-demand class.
Funnel vs web page. Facebook vs YouTube.
● Angle 3 - Three simple steps. (Three simple things you can do now to increase revenue.)

120 seconds (ish) - end: Transition and Call to action


● If you liked this, do this. (Go register, opt in, etc.)
● Here’s why you should go do this.
○ Benefit 1, benefit 2, benefit 3
● Here’s why this is different
○ Reason 1, reason 2, reason 3
● Call to action again: “Go do this”

Youtube Ad Script For High Ticket With Insane Offer For Book-A-Call Funnels. (Ex: If you
don’t get results, you don’t pay.)

0-30 seconds:

● State insane offer and attract + repel:

○ Example: If you have an online business that’s already getting sales, my


company will increase your revenue or you don’t pay.

○ Example: (Loosely quoting Alex Becker): “If you use Hyros and you don’t see an
increase in ROI from your ads, you don’t pay.”

○ Example (based on random text message brainstorming session with Cole


Gordon): If my closers don’t sell, you don’t pay.
○ Example (based on my old consulting days): If you book a call with me and you
think I’ve wasted your time, I’ll pay YOU.

● Clarify and repel: This is where you clarify that statement and make it clear who it is for
and who it is NOT for.

○ Clarify Example: “Seriously. If you become a client and you don’t see a
measurable increase in revenue, you don’t pay. It really is that simple. I can make
this kind of statement because this just works.”

○ Clarify example: “Really. If you install one of my sales closers on your team - and
they don’t out-perform your best rep within the first XX days, you don’t pay. It’s
literally that simple.”

○ REPEL example: “Obviously, I can’t make this guarantee to just anyone. You
need to meet some simple and basic criteria.”
■ Requirement 1: (Have an existing business.)
■ Requirement 2: (Already be getting sales.)
■ Requirement 3: (have a decent customer value)

30-seconds - 120 (ish) seconds): OPTION A - SOCIAL PROOF

● Becker: “There’s a reason why the biggest names use Hyros” (then he shows client list.)
● Frank: Quick before and after footage.

30-seconds - 120 (ish) seconds): OPTIONA B - Here’s how we get these results

● Example: The way we’re able to do this is simple:


○ First, we do X
○ Then we do Y
○ Then we do Z

120 (ish) seconds - 140 (ish) seconds: REPEL


(You really want to make it clear who this is for and not for as a means to keep your reputation
intact.)

○ REPEL example: “Like I said, if you meet this simple criteria, there’s a really good
chance we can help you.”

■ Requirement 2: (Already be getting sales.)
■ Requirement 3: (have a decent customer value)
140 (ish) seconds - end: Call to action, describe the process, Call to action #2, Reassure, Call to
action #3:

● Call to action example: But the only way to know for sure is to jump on the phone
and find out - so click the button below this video.
● Describe the process: When you do, you’ll see a web page with a few more
details and a short video on it that takes a deeper dive into exactly how our
process works.
● Call to action #2: If you like what you see, just choose a time on the calendar that
works for you and schedule your call.
● Reassure: And listen, this isn’t one of those high pressure calls or anything like
that. If we can help you, we’ll show you how ...and if we can’t, we’ll tell you.

0-30: Hook, attract, pre-pitch

30 - 120 (ish): Educate and demonstrate

120 (ish) - end: CTA, what to expect, why to act now, CTA, risk reversal, CTA
