Roles and Responsibilities -

 Work with different time zone with customers and supplier.

 Hand on experience in Material Management- SAP MM.

 Timely issuance of Pos to Vendors, follow up for order confirmation.

 Decision making based on MRP for the requirement of material triggered in system.

 Placing purchase orders to suppliers as per MRP and reorder report, follow up with vendor for
order acknowledgement, commitment date and shipment once the PO is released.

 Supporting North America regions for supply chain activities and ensuring material is shipped on
time as committed.

 Tracking all shipments from the place of origin to destination and resolve problems concerning
transportation and logistics system.

 Arrangement of Freight based on Incoterms in TMS Transport Management System.

 Optimizing inventory and maintain safety stocks for Raw Material.

 Running BI report and preparing Inventory Ageing Report on monthly basis for Restricted stocks,
Quality stocks and Blocked stocks for All North America Plants.

 Meeting with procurement teams for releasing of Pos and for better quality suppliers and also
Distribution Models Pos with enough lead time provided.

 Procurement of raw material from vendors as per production plan.

 Creating material master for new material and maintaining different views as per
requirements.

 Knowledge on Bill of materials (BOM) of the new product as per customer requirements.

 Having good hands-on experience in PP/MM areas like Material Requirement planning (MRP),
Production orders & Process orders confirmations, Make to Stock & Make to order.

 Calculating and maintaining the planning systems and ERPs the inventory parameter like
 safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time and replenishment strategies.

 Conducting financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conducting root case
analysis when necessary and analyzing excess and obsolete or aging inventory.

 Taking appropriate action for optimizinng inventory performance in collaboration with Sales,
Marketing, Manufacturing and Procurement & Logistics.

 Assign sources of supply in accordance with category guidance or other relevant sourcing
instructions.

 Resolve operational issues with the suppliers, sourcing specialist and requestor related to the
quality, delivery or receipt of good/services, invoice payment, return of materials, etc.

1. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Mumbai Refinery.

Successfully completed In-Plant Training at HPCL on Comprehensive Study of Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit (FCCU) &
Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) for the period JUL -16 to AUG-16 under the Guidance of Mr. Satish Khedekar , Manager –
Technical HPCL.

2. Aarti Industries Limited (AIL), Vapi Gujarat.

Successfully completed In-Plant Training at AIL on Study of Monochlorobenzene (MCB) Plant during the period DEC-15
to JAN-16 under guidance of Mr.Dinesh Kumar , Manager – Production, AIL.

3. Mangalore Refinery and Petro-Chemical Limited (MRPL), Mangalore Karnataka.

Successfully completed In-Plant Training at MRPL on Hydro-Cracking Unit (HCU) Plant during the period of JAN-2 to
