Cleaning

CHECKLIST DATE:

CHAMBERS
1 CLEAN bathroom: sweep, clean rug, clean toilet bowl, wipe sink

2 WIPE all surfaces: ceiling lamps, wall, painting borders, table tops

3 SWEEP and MOP floor: under the desk, cabinets, shake/dust off dirty rugs

RECEIVING AREA
WIPE/DISINFECT ALL surfaces: glass enclosure, table, purifiers outside, ceiling,

DOOR handles!

SWEEP and MOP floor: under the table, in front of receiving area, under

couch (@lobby)

COURT ROOM
WIPE ALL surfaces: Judge’s bench, side table of Judge, stenographer’s area,

lawyer’s tables, aluminum gang chairs, ceiling and on top of filing cabinets

SWEEP and MOP floor: under Judge’s bench, under stenographer’s area,

under lawyer’s tables and under aluminum gang chairs

STAFF ROOM
RECEIVING -- WIPE/DISINFECT all surfaces: receiving table, cabinet, intercom,

telephone, purifier, ceiling, pens, etc.

RECEIVING -- SWEEP/MOP floor: under white table, beside glass enclosure

(under moving pedestal w/ supplies)

3 STAFF CUBICLES -- WIPE/DISINFECT: table surface/s and glass enclosure

4 STAFF CUBICLES -- SWEEP/MOP floor under tables and all walk areas

5 EMPTY trash cans

PANTRY/COMMON AREAS
WIPE/DISINFECT all surfaces: filing cabinets, black couch, pantry area,
1 microwave, toaster, table for prep (top and bottom), utensils box,
bookshelves, water dispenser and door handles!

SWEEP/MOP floors: all walk areas, under the black couch and table prep
2 area, pantry area going to chambers, dust off or wash rubber mats
(@pantry area)

3 EMPTY trash cans

WASH DISHES (3-4 times a day): after breakfast, before and after lunch,

7 Clean the kitchen appliances such as the stove, oven, fridge

8 Wipe down cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, bathroom

9 Clean and disinfect light switches, doorknobs

10 Wash and change bed linens

11 Dust blinds and window sills

12 Clean windows inside and out

13 Clean and disinfect garbage cans

14 Vacuum furniture and upholstery

15 Clean and disinfect pet areas

16 Wipe down baseboards and molding

17 Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures

18 Clean and disinfect computer keyboards and screens

19 Organize and declutter living spaces

20 Sweep and tidy outdoor areas such as porches and patios
