Transaction Fees
▪ Personal Current Account: Free cash withdrawals from FAB ATMs
▪ Elite Current Account: Free cash withdrawals from FAB ATMs as well as non-FAB ATMs in the UAE. Four free cash withdrawal per month from any ATM outside
the UAE
▪ FAB One Account: Free cash withdrawals from FAB ATMs and four free cash withdrawals from any non-FAB ATMs in the UAE.
▪ Etihad Guest Account: Free cash withdrawals from FAB ATMs and two free cash withdrawals from any non-FAB ATMs in the UAE
▪ Etihad Guest Elite Account: Free cash withdrawals from FAB ATMs, four free cash withdrawals from any non-FAB ATMs in the UAE and one free cash
withdrawal per month from any ATM outside the UAE.

▪ For new banking relationships, a cheque book containing maximum 10 cheque leaves will only be issued for free. After a period of six months and provided no
cheques are returned (unpaid), additional cheque books may be issued and will be subject to following charges: 10 leaves – AED 21, 25 leaves – AED 26.25

▪ For customers with existing account relationship, a cheque book containing 25 leaves may be issued and will be subject to charges of AED 26.25. The maximum
number of cheques in a cheque book will be 25 leaves.
Cheque Book
▪ Cheque returns due to insufficient funds are subject to charges mentioned in the schedule of charge. 4 or more cheque returns due to insufficient funds, may
lead to account closure.

▪ All cheque returns, will be reflected in the AECB report which will negatively affect the customer’s credibility.

Warning:
1. In addition to fee charged by FAB for Foreign Currency Transfers, additional fees may be levied by the correspondent bank/financial
Institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.

2. Penalties and Fees may be applied if there Is a customer error or omission in providing correct or incomplete Information for remittances.

3. International remittance service may be affected by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.

4. The actual time to complete a transaction may differ from estimates due to Increased scrutiny of transactions by the correspondent
bank/financial Institution or entity providing financial services to the beneficiary of remittances.
Notes:
- All the information / options provided by the bank are for customers’ informed decision making and this will not be deemed as a specific advice.
- The Customer shall submit to the Bank all forms, documents and evidence relating to the opening of an Account that the Bank may require, in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank.
- The Customer must ensure the safe and proper custody of the Debit Card. The Customer must take the maximum care to prevent the Debit Card from being lost or stolen. The Customer
undertakes not to pass possession of the Debit Card to any other person. The Customer must promptly notify the Bank and the relevant authorities in case a Debit Card is lost or stolen.
Unless and until the Bank has received that notification, the Customer shall be responsible for any transaction which has been processed on the Debit Card.
- The Customer shall keep all Security Codes confidential and shall not disclose or make available such Security Codes to any third party. The Customer shall exercise due care to prevent any
loss, theft or wrongful use of any Security Code.
- The Customer must ensure the safe and proper custody of cheque books at all times. The Customer must promptly notify the Bank and the relevant authorities in case a cheque book or any
cheque is lost or stolen. Unless and until the Bank has received such notification, the Customer shall be responsible for any cheque drawn on the Customer’s Current Account.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to provide the Bank at all times with an up-to-date postal address, mobile telephone number and electronic mail address and to notify the Bank of any
change of contact information previously provided to the Bank.
- FAB reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to add / amend / delete / cancel any of the terms and conditions and will provide customer with 60 days written notice prior to making such
changes
- Consequences for failing to meet the bank’s terms and conditions at any point either before or during the customer relationship will lead to rejection of request / service or closure of
account(s) or account conversion as deemed suitable by the bank.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws in the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute concerning the interpretation of these terms
and conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of United Arab Emirates courts.
