1. (a) Define and describe the characteristics of the following early childhood education

(b) With real examples from Tanzania Context, Assess the status of the above centers
in 1(a).
2. Explain child’s status before the UN year of the child (1990) and elaborate the agreement
made concerned child welfare after the UN year of a child towards achievement of
child’s rights.
3. Analyse the implications of emerging principles and practices to the development of
early childhood programs. Choose one scholar of your interest in this area.
