FUNCTION
As a technical supporter for Ancestry, it is your job to support
customers in your native language with card catalogue, and
general support of the products. You must have good IT skills
and be strong in:

 Troubleshooting, via systematic processes


 Be structured and precise in your communication
 Be professional and patient with the customer

Your Team Leader may speak English as you work in an


international company. It is therefore important that you can
communicate in English at a medium level, as parts of the
training also take place in English.

You will be part of a team where you will have a lot of


international colleagues. The office where you work has large
green outdoor areas, the latest facilities in IT, and is built to
create a balance between work and fellowship

You will work with other customer service agents in Athens


who are just like you moved to Greece.

RELOCATION
The company offers you an attractive relocation package. They
offer you a 15-day stay at a hotel and subsequent assistance in
finding permanent accommodation.

All travel costs are reimbursed to you, this means that the
company pays for flights, as well as pick-up at the airport on
arrival. The company offers administrative assistance in the
form of paying taxes and health insurance.
