自限温（自控温）系列电伴热带其结构由线芯、芯带、绝缘层、屏蔽层、护套层等部分组成，自限温系列电伴热

电伴热带在储存、搬运、安装及使用时，不许扭曲，不许反复弯折，严禁损

施放电伴热带时不要打硬折或长距离在地面上拖拉。
电伴热带的安装必须在介质管路系统全部安装结束、并经水密或气密试验合
格后。保温层的施工必须在电伴热带全部安装调试结束，试送电正常后进行。另外进行保温层施工（外包铁皮或不
锈钢皮）时，打铆钉应避开电热带铺设的部位, 避免打破电热带绝缘层，否则会引起电热带短路。
电伴热带安装时遇到管道上有锐利的边棱、锐角，应打磨光滑或垫上铝胶带，以防破坏绝缘层。
电伴热带安装时最小弯曲半径应不小于其厚度的5 倍。
电伴热带应尽可能将电热带安装在管道的下半方（缠绕除外），每隔0.5~0.8 米用耐热压敏胶带沿径向固定，然后
在电热带外面用铝胶带粘贴，途径处的油污和水分应用汽油等溶剂处理干净。
安装电伴热带附件时，电伴热带应留有一定的余量，每一供电点和尾端各预备50cm 长的电伴热带，在使用三通或
二通配件处电伴热带各端预备40cm 长度，以备检修使用。
接线时，电伴热带与附件要正确可靠连接，谨防短路，同时将编织网连接起来接地（接地电阻应小于4Ω）。安装结
束后，应进行绝缘测试，用500V 或1000V 兆欧表测试电伴热带线芯与编织网的绝缘电阻不小于500MΩ。

暴露处。配合接线端子连接到防爆电源接线盒。
中间接头的连接: 二接头同穿过镀锡连接铜管压接而成，表面暴露处用3M氟塑料胶带与热缩套管密封，并固定于防
爆中间接线盒内。
