SECTION 01: EXECUTIVE SUMMARY.

The general scope of works at PMU 275/132kV Papan (Rehabilitation), Perak under the contract.
TNB 1896/2023 include design, supply, erect test and commissioning of the following:

CIVIL WORKS
01. To construct switchyard plinths for 275kV transformer bay for outdoor equipment and other related
works.
02. To construct switchyard plinths for 275kV bay for outdoor equipment and other related works.
03. To construct new communication room inside building.

ELECTRICAL WORKS
01. 4 x 275kV Overhead Line Bay complete with control and relay panels
02. 3 x 275/132kV Transformer Bay complete with control and relay panels
03. 1 x 275kV Bus Coupler Bay complete with control and relay panels
04. 1 x 275kV BBVT Bay complete with control and relay panels
05. Underground Power Cable Work from 275kV to 132kV c/w laying and termination.
06. DC system and LVAC system (Modification / Expansion)
07. Busbar Protection Scheme for 275kV system
08. Fault recorder for 275kV system
09. Telecontrol equipment for transmission
10. Substation ancillary and auxiliary equipment to complete.
11. Installation of 3 Nos of 132kV Surge Arrester at 132kV transformer bay.
