Thank you for your interest in Petrofac.

You can register your company profile on our supplier portal where your team will be able to manage
focal contact persons and product information.
In case of any prequalification requirements, this portal will be used to capture your company’s
information and documents.

Minimum Information for Registration Attachments

• After Registration

Once you get the approval email notification, you can access your profile anytime on Zycus to keep it up
to date with the latest contact persons, certificates, products, etc.

Your profile will be available for viewing by our Petrofac project teams if they search by name or for a
product/service you’ve registered for.

It’s important to note that RFQs are not issued in Zycus, and your business development activities
remain the same, that means having the necessary end-user approvals and previous track record. You
can visit our website to view our latest awarded projects.

If you do receive an inquiry and your offer has been short-listed for further evaluation, we may initiate
qualification and we will request additional information from you through Zycus.

In short, Zycus is your information-holding portal with Petrofac which you can manage completely.

• Fill this section to create your log in credentials.

* The login credentials used for this portal will be your company’s long-term credentials in Petrofac’s database.
It is recommended to use a company generic email ID such as ‘sales@abccompany.com’ to register your company.
You will be able to include afterwards all the relevant contact persons in the Contact Details section of the profile.

• You will receive an email with an OTP number in your inbox.

• Enter OTP number in below field and press Verify OTP.

• Additional contact person details can be added in a later step.

• The User Self-Registration part is now complete.

• You will be on the Home Page of the supplier portal.

• Go to Manage Companies > Connect to customer.

• Fill in the Company Name and Address details then press Create.
• Additional company addresses can be added In a later step (Parent Co. or others if required)

* Only the legal entity authorized to accept a possible order from Petrofac should be entered here and labeled as
“OA, RT”. Headquarters, Regional Offices / Branches can be added in a later step.

• Read and review Petrofac User Agreement. Select “I have read, and I agree to the
above” box and Press Continue.

* These T&Cs are for the portal use only. Any orders or contractual engagements would have specific T&Cs which
will be mutually agreed in advance at the time.

• Fill in all required fields under all tabs and sub views, while ensuring accuracy of
the information provided, uploading all the requested documents, and selecting all
your corresponding products and services.

press Save As a Draft.

• To complete your registration, you can press Submit.

• Carefully select your corresponding Company Type referring below guideline. In case
your company satisfies multiple company types, please select the one with the highest
revenue and register all the relevant products and services under the Products &
Services view.
Company Type Entity to be registered
Manufacturer The manufacturer legal entity producing goods using labour, machines, tools, etc.

The independent sales representative or sales agent legal entity, entitled to sell a
Manufacturer Agent or Representative
manufacturer's products.

IT Supplies & Services The legal entity providing IT Supplies & Services.
HR Service Provider The legal entity providing HR Services.
Expediting & Inspection Services The legal entity providing Expediting & Inspection Services.

The legal entity providing office and admin supplies required for office maintenance and

operation.

Engineering Service Provider The legal entity providing Engineering Services.

Logistics Service Provider The legal entity providing Logistics Services.
NDE Service Provider The legal entity providing Non-Destructive Examination & Testing for materials.

The legal entity maintaining stock of specific products for sale, at or above a certain

Description of Work, Location, Client, End Year and Completion or Anticipated

• In the first drop down menu starting from left select: NAME.

• The second drop down menu select: CONTAINING.

• In the search bar, type a keyword of any service or product you supply (for example.
Valve, site service, maintenance, cable, PPE, etc.)

• The categories should appear, then select the most relevant one to your scope.
