Manufacturing Bricks
Overall, the process goes through 7 steps, from the beginning is preparation, and the last is
transportation.
As can be seen from the picture, the prerequisite for the procedure is to prepare the ingredients.
Clay the key element is dug by the excavator. After that, through the metal filter to get rid of
unusable parts, make sure that only the core ingredient is penetrated into, and is hauled by the
roller. Then, combine it with sand and water at a suitable ratio. Clay turns into bricks in 2
methods: either put the mixture in the frame or through the wire cutter. Subsequently, stack them
into piles in a well-ordered way, then leave them in the drying oven for 24-48 hours.
Afterwards, the cubes are removed to get ready for being placed in the kiln. Inside it, the
temperature is in a moderate state of around 200-980 degrees Celsius in the first place, then turn
the heat up to a high level of about 870-1300 degrees Celsius. The semi-products are cooled once
again. At the moment, blocks of brick are all at hand, and all ready for the next stage, packaging.
Last but not least, the finished products will be on the way to the consumption market to
guarantee that the company can have turnover.
