1. True or False: Environmental education is better than environmental laws. Defend your
choice.
Everyone of us is responsible for reducing disaster risk, reducing disaster risk is the
philosophy and practice of risk reduction by our activities, including disaster
management, disaster prevention and disaster preparedness disciplines. Being all the
ready, all the time help us escape the risk of disasters, save lives and reduce losses,
ensuring that there should not be someone left behind during the tragedy because we
have a responsibility. Everyone should think about someone’s duties to support others
and nobody is exempted. Indeed, it is a about security for safety.
This means that we must have a mindset that is globally competent. We must see
things in global way where the things that we see and notice across the globe will be
applied into our baranggays or communities. We cannot change the world but we can
change what is beyond our reach and that is our community.
3. What is the importance of using and looking for more alternative sources of energy?
Alternative sources means that we must look for something that we can use that will
last longer than non-renewable energy. Renewable source of energy is essential as it
supports and sustain our needs in the coming years. We must ensure that are still
energy we can use and pass unto the generation that comes after us.

Using the link above, watch the video entitled, Storm Inside. Answer the following
questions:
The video reveals the title which is the impact of climate into the live of human. It
shows that the damage caused by the storm into infrastructure, building and properties
is least significant, but it is the impact to humans’ inner feeling that have the ability to
take us down and it can forever impact our lives unlike the infrastructure and building
that can be restored and rebuild. The impact of storm within as is more dangerous than
the destruction of properties because it can cause depression and anxiety that can
lead to calamity-induced suicidal thoughts.
b. What part of the video caught your attention the most? Why?
The part that catches my attention in video is that there are people experienced
climate anxiety. When I heard the word “whether they know or not” it’s sum up to my
mind that there are some disorder that we don’t knew but we are experiencing with it. It
is the first I heard about that kind of anxiety and based on the video I learned about
climate anxiety. Climate or eco-anxiety is described as a chronic fear of environmental
doom and as a fairly recent psychological disorder that affects an increasing number
of people who worry about the environmental crisis. They are experiencing anxiety
because of the environmental crisis.
