products to their customers.

Strategy of Rewarding Orange Salesforce

To improve on sales, salesforce will be motivated every end of month, the 04 sales
personnel will be rewarded by Samsung base on the highest amount of sales
achieved. At the end of business challenge, the salesforce with the overall highest
total amount of sales will be rewarded with the prize Samsung TOP. (check slide 7)
