granted : if we strat a sentence with “granted” , it means smth is true eventhough it’s the opposite of
the main argument .

forbidden(adj) : not allowed, especially by law . the use of the camera is forbidden here ?

ex : granted it was rainy in the morning , we spent a good time together .

take someone for granted : to expect someone to always be there and do things for you even when
you do not show that you are grateful

ex : I shouted at my boss because I’m sick of being taken for granted.

To take smth for granted : to expect something always to happen or exist in a particular way, and to
not think about any possible problems or difficulties

Ex : Losing my job taught me never to take anything for granted
