down. However, clothing or fashion industry was never dragged out of the picture. Even in the middle of
the pandemic, there are still many people who buys clothes for daily use or for the pictures and videos
they post in social media.
The hardships of buying clothes in times like this is what Vêtements Fashion aims to fill in. Vêtements
Fashion sells thrifted and brand-new clothes as well as pre-loved items. Being in vogue and comfortable
in clothes may cost a bit pricey, but we, the owners of Vêtements Fashion grant the most reduced cost
as much as conceivable. As the client bought an item the item may be conveyed straightforwardly within the
client, the other party may too ask a meet up, or the client may pick-up the thing within the trade address.
The closing of the transaction may depend on the client’s preference, but if the client chose direct delivery it
would cost an additional charge.
Vêtements Fashion’s location is in Mahogany St. Mintrade Drive Brgy. Centro (San Juan) along R. Castillo
road, this area is mainly a residential area which is a good place to market our product in the
neighborhood not only in online. The said area is near the downtown, if the customer may ask a meet

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Vêtements Fashion, is a business which revolves around the needs of the customers in their
outfit needs. This business is a corporation consists of six owners. The funds are fairly divided
into six, as a result, each owner has a 16.67% share in the profit and as well as the work needed
to run the business.
Making this business in the form of corporation is for us a good choice to make. In this form
team work is being built. If one has no idea how to run the business there are still minds that
could work for it. Ownership in a corporation is typically easily transferable, a corporation’s life
is not dependent upon its owners; a corporation possesses the feature of unlimited life,
meaning if an owner wishes to sell his or her interest, the corporation will continue to exist and
do business (BizFlings, 2019).
The nature of the business that we had chosen to venture is hybrid. We do merchandise, where
we sell retailed brand new clothes, thrifted clothes and pre-loved items. Some pre-loved items
and thrifted may be supplied by the owners themselves. Not only we do sell products but we
also offer delivery services for the convenience of the customer, depending on the preference
of the client.
As we all know the pandemic is still going on, so to avoid bigger risks we decided to do online
merchandising, but then there are also more advantages in doing this strategy. Online retailers
can increase their sales and profits faster than a brick and mortar establishment because selling
online offers the advantage of being open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week (Hudson,
2018). Into the bargain, the size of people that we can market our product will be bigger and
despite of being open to the customer twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week this plan of
action does not require additional fund to support it. Unlike when having a merchandise
establishment, you have to pay the rent, electricity, and other utilities needed for the business
to run. If merchandising is used properly, then it can make a positive effect on retail sales and
the revenue generation, which is the sole goal of every business (Bhasin, 2019).
Product Description
The business would sell thrifted clothes, brand-new clothes and pre-loved items. The items
would be bought in wholesale then we would retail it. Some pre-loved items and thrifted
clothes may come from the owners’ unused things. The products we sell are beautiful and high
quality but it is a budget friendly, the clothes and other items are suitable for everyone
especially for the millennials because we have many fashionable items that are in line with
today's generation.
Equipment/Material Needed
Clothes, accessories and other items that are beautiful, high quality and also suitable for
everyone, these materials are high quality but then it is also an affordable and budget friendly
to our buyers specially to the young millennials. Another material needed is paper bags and
printed logo of the business for the packaging of the product.
With only a few people running the business, Vêtements fashion is still in the small business.
And now in the new normal, as a starting business, we still consider running it through online in
three different social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and shop where most online
business like selling takes place. But we, Vêtements fashion also considered expanding the
business after it will hold its success in the near future.
Personnel Requirement
Right now, our business is still small erratic so we're not going to find employees because first
we're going to manage our business so we're going to have to do some things:
However, each one of us are tasked to do a certain work needed. Mr. Laglario and Ms. De Vera
are assigned to do the visuals needed to post in the shop, because they have an eye to do the
task. Ms. De Vera is a digital artist and Mr. Laglario has a great choice when it comes to arts.
Ms. Pasaje and Mr. Siao are assigned to check the online merchandising store every day since
they have the capacity to do it and they are also active in social media. Ms. Malimban, and Ms.
Abella are tasked to be in charge of the item that would be sold since, they are in an accessible
area. Another reason is the two owners has an experience in taking charge of the valuable
goods.
