“RESOLUTION REQUESTING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO HON. RODOLFO T.


ALBANO III, GOVERNOR PROVINCE OF ISABELA FOR THE REPAINTING AND
IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL OF BARANGAY UNION, GAMU ISABELA.”

WHEREAS, it has been agreed by the Sangguniang Barangay members during the session on April
12, 2024.
WHEREAS, it has been 8 years since the last repainting and improving our Barangay Hall
WHEREAS, Repainting and Improving Barangay Hall is absolutely quick and easy way to refresh
and completely changes the aura of Barangay Hall which become more attractive to the constituents
most especially to the walk-in clients and incoming visitor.
WHEREAS, we in the Sangguniang Barangay Council believe that a fresh coat of paint would greatly
enhance the ambiance of the Barangay Hall and provide a more conducive environment for our
constituents and officers to work collaboratively and efficiently.
WHEREAS, the repainting of the Barangay Hall will not only uplift the morale of our dedicated
representatives but also project a positive image of our institution to visitors and constituents.
WHEREAS, after a thorough deliberation, the members of the Sangguniang Barangay approved the
consensus of the said matter.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Emerson M. Rapio duly seconded by all, it was;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to make a humble request to allot funds needed on
this mentioned project.
RESOLVED FURTHER, the copies of this resolution shall be furnished to the order concerned for
their information and appropriate action.

APPROVED Unanimously this 12th day of APRIL, 2024 at Barangay Union, Barangay Hall.
