“APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND FIVE


HUNDRED EIGHTY-SEVEN PESOS (PHP 161,587.00) FROM THE 2018 CUMULATIVE RESULTS
OF OPERATIONS UNAPPROPRIATED AND 2019 IRA INCREASE PER LBM NO. 77-B ISSUED
BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT DATED DECEMBER 21, 2018
AMOUNTING TO ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN
PESOS (PHP 142,767.00) AND EIGHTEEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS (PHP
18,820.00) RESPECTIVELY TO PAY FOR MAINTENANCE AND OTHER OPERATING
EXPENSES AND SPECIAL PURPOSE APPROPRIATION OF BARANGAY BALIOEG, BANNA,
ILOCOS NORTE.”

Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Barangay of Balioeg, Banna, Ilocos Norte that:

Section 1. The amount of One Hundred Sixty One Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Seven Pesos (Php
161,587.00) from 2018 Cumulative Results of Operations Unappropriated and 2019 IRA increase per LBM No.
issued by the Department of Budget and Management dated December 21, 2019 amounting to One Hundred
Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos (Php 142,767.00) and Eighteen Thousand Eight
Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 18,820.00) respectively to pay for Maintenance and Other Operating
Expenses and Special Purpose Appropriation of Barangay Balioeg, Banna, Ilocos Norte shall be
appropriated;

Section 2. There is an available fund of One Hundred Sixty One Thousand Five Hundred Eighty
Seven Pesos (Php 161,587.00) from 2018 Cumulative Results of Operations Unappropriated and 2019 IRA increase
per LBM No. issued by the Department of Budget and Management dated December 21, 2019 amounting to One
Hundred Forty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos (Php 142,767.00) and Eighteen
Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php 18,820.00) respectively to pay for Maintenance and Other
Operating Expenses and Special Purpose Appropriation of Barangay Balioeg, Banna, Ilocos Norte.
