Ans: Well, after gaining so much knowledge on the subject and spending my valuable years,
the time will arrive when I must get back to my land. As I am applying for a student visa in
Australia, my major focus will always be on my studies and after completing my course in
Australia and work there for some years, I will be returning to my hometown as my parents
are residing here.
Firstly, my family and homeland will always hold a special place in my heart. My morality
will not allow me to work overseas after completing my course, abandoning my elderly
parents in my nation. As a result, it is my moral obligation to return to my homeland and care
for them. They have high hopes for me as well. Also, in my home country, there is always the
tendency of living together and my parents have great expectations from me. Like every
child, I have a strong attachment towards my parents, and I cannot even think of living apart
from them. As I am the elder child of my parents so it’s my sole responsibilities to look after
them and support them physically and emotionally. I have to take care of my family, support
them to fulfill their needs in their old age as they have been doing till date.
Secondly, my homeland is a developing country and it is still in development phase so there
will be need for more IT professional in near future as our country is gradually growing in IT
field. As a result there will be more opportunities here in my country than Australia where
most of development has already taken place. Rather than that working for the development
of my own nation will give me job satisfaction which is very crucial because you must love
what you are doing. Also I believe that in next decade it will be most crucial phase in the
development of our country and there will be a lot of project that will be launched to make
development in the field of computer science to make more use of digital technologies. So,
there will be more opportunities in my homeland than in Australia. Apart from there I believe
I will be given more priority in my homeland than in Australia. There are many companies
which has been started for the change needed in our country in IT field but my country
continues to struggle with a scarcity of qualified IT professionals which is the reason why we
have not been able to make progress in IT field. My education, experience, and knowledge
earned in Australia will assist me in contributing to my country's development.
Additionally, Nepal has a stable government and is making great strides toward development.
For those of us who will work in IT in the future, this has opened up new possibilities. The
ambitious “Nepal 2100 B.S. (2043 A.D) 25 Years Plan’’ of the National Planning
Commission seeks to link all development initiatives through technology and innovation.
Therefore, the government is aware of the role that IT plays in the advancement of a country.
The national funding allotted to these sectors as well as IT infrastructures like IT Parks,
Smart Cities, and Innovation Centers have increased yearly. As a result, I am anticipating a
lot of opportunities, and I think Australia has the right climate to foster the innovative ideas I
need to advance my profession.
In the long run, I also have a goal to set up my own IT Company with my close friends who
are in the same field later in future. I can see the future in this field in my homeland because
there are free-lancer over here who are involved in many project that are assigned from
international companies. Instead of working on projects for other nations and helping them
grow, I want to use their talents to help our own nation grow through a variety of fresh
initiatives. My country is gradually shifting to digital technologies and people are adapting
well with it so this is the right time to introduce new software and application which can be
helpful for public. A new computerized system that will make the job simpler for both
governmental officers and the general public can replace the majority of our government
work that is currently done in the same old traditional fashion with a paper-based system,
which is rather slow, expensive and has limited flexibility.

Why I have chosen to study in Australia
Firstly, Australia is known for its high-quality education system and globally recognized
universities. By studying in Australia, I can access top-notch academic resources, expert
faculty, and cutting-edge research facilities, which will enhance my learning experience.
Secondly, when comparing with other countries like UK and USA, factors such as course
structure, fees, and safety played a crucial role in my decision-making. Because while
comparing course structure, UK also offers good programs in universities such as the
university of Glasgow. However, the courses structure is for one year and the one-year format
made me rethink whether I could keep up with fast-paced learning on the other hand
University of Australia offers a two year full-time course, where the first year involves units
and modules that prepares students for next year, in which students can select a pathway to
obtain remaining credits point which has options like research pathway or industry practice
pathway. Furthermore, Australia has much lower overall tuition fees than the UK or the US.
Since it is less expensive than other countries, international students receive value of money
in terms of currency conversion. In addition the living expenses of Australia is also less
expensive than other countries.
Thirdly, Australia has one of the lowest crime rates globally, making it one of the safest
places for international students like myself to pursue my studies. That means I can focus on
my studies without worrying about safety, which is important for me to have a good learning
experience and feel comfortable during my time in Australia.
Lastly, Studying in Australia is a great addition to my resume because the programs and
courses offered through the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) are recognized
worldwide. It means that wherever I go, my qualifications will be respected and valued,
enhancing my career opportunities globally.
