EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE VIRTUAL SPTA BOARD MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 11,

2023 AT 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON VIA GOOGLE MEET

Present:

RESOLUTION NO. 02-2023


Resolution on the registration of Sports Club of Sarrat North Central School to the interested learners who
are athletes in the different sports events for S.Y. 2023-2024;

WHEREAS, the Sarrat North Central School SPTA Officers and Board of Directors conducted the meeting on
the financial status of the organization intended for the expenses of sports events in the different levels;

WHEREAS, the School Principal Mrs. Angelita F. Gaoiran reported that holding sports activities in the
Department of Education is already allowed provided that safety and security of athletes, coaches and
officiating officials be ensured;

WHEREAS, the School Sports Coordinator Mr. Jonel B. Domingo, also reported the success of conducting the
School Intramurals and the selected athletes, coaches and officiating officials to participate in the Zonal and
District Meets on October 12-13, and 19-20 both in individual and group events respectively;

WHEREAS, it has been reported that there is no budget of the school to finance all the expenses needed in
the said sports events to be participated in by the school like the food allowance and travelling expenses of
all the participants;

WHEREAS, the funds needed for the said repair be shouldered by the SPTA as letter request was forwarded
to SPTA office addressed to the SPTA President;

Now therefore, on the deliberation of the board on the current financial status of the organization upon the
financial report discussed by the SPTA Treasurer Ainess B. Fernandez and availability of funds, duly seconded
by the members; it was

Resolved to grant the said request of the school to withdraw funds from the bank through the bank account
of the SPTA upon unanimously voted by the SPTA Board;

RESOLVED further to transmit copies of this Resolution to the School Parent-Teacher Association; the School
Governing Council and Project Management Team for information and inclusion.

RESOLUTION NO. 03-2023


Resolution on the financial support during the Brigada Eskwela conducted before the opening of classes for
S.Y. 2023-2024;

WHEREAS, the Sarrat North Central School SPTA Officers and Board of Directors conducted the meeting on
the financial status of the organization intended for the expenses of Brigada Eskwela;

WHEREAS, the School Principal Mrs. Angelita F. Gaoiran emphasized the importance of Brigada Eskwela to
evoke bayanihan spirit and maintain strong partnerships and linkages among the stakeholders of the school
and community;

WHEREAS, the SPTA President, Mr. Ralph John Andy Agno, also highlighted their active involvement in
maintaining cleanliness, orderliness and safety of the school through the conduct of Brigada Eskwela and
Brigada Eskwela Plus;

WHEREAS, it has been reported that there were damages particularly the roofing of the covered court and
canteen after the onslaught of super typhoon Egay;

WHEREAS, the school conducted Brigada Eskwela, particularly the pruning of towering trees in the school’s
surroundings as one of the causes of the damages been made in the school due to the said super typhoon;

WHEREAS, the funds needed for the payment of the labor of the said activity be shouldered by the SPTA as
letter request was forwarded to SPTA office addressed to the SPTA President;

Now therefore, on the deliberation of the board on the current financial status of the organization upon the
financial report discussed by the SPTA Treasurer Ainess B. Fernandez and availability of funds, duly seconded
by the members; it was
