Introduction

The Plant Clinic attachment program lasts for 2 weeks and students
must gather 10 samples of Insects, diseases, nutrient deficiency, and
weeds. The primary purpose of the plants clinic attachment Is to
identify samples in the field and, after a thorough analysis, give farmers
with appropriate Corrective measures.

I have collected samples from kvk farm Thunki village and I have
collected some samples from farmers fileds in my home town Warangal

I note down all the symptoms and recognized all the pests’ diseases and
disorders that Were related to their crops and I recommended crop
management practices to Farmers to increase crop output and quality
DECLARATION

I would like to express my gratitude to all those who have contributed

to the successful completion of this Report. I am immensely thankful to
my coordinator Mukesh sir, for valuable guidance and I am thankful to
Our School of Agriculture and Our college Lovely Professional University
for assigning this project which Was very helpful to work andcoordinate
with the farmers and to know their real on ground problems. This report
is a collection of my sincere effort and support of the farmers of my
village.I thank each and every one for being part of this survey
