Fee structure for class I to X for academic year 2024-25

A non-refundable Admission fee and Transport Registration fee (if opting for transport) is payable to
PIONEER CHILD CARE AND DEVELOPMENT when obtaining the admission form from school.

• School timings: - 08:30(AM) to 02:45 (PM) (Monday to Friday) (Except public holiday )
• The academic year has 2 terms. First Term- 1st April to 30th September & Second Term 1st October to
31st March.
• School Annual fee (Term fee + tuition fee) will be paid in ten (10) equal instalments. First installment
to be paid in month of Mar 2024 and all installments are to be completed by 10 th Dec 2024.
Admission and registration fee will be charged at the time of admission.
• If admission is taken for the second term, the fees will be 50% of the school annual fees, which will
have to be paid in full along with other admission charges.
• In addition to the fees listed above, parents are to meet the expenses of the school uniform, books,
note books, school publications, CBSE, Board registration, excursion, class activities or co-curricular
material charges, activity charges and any other requirements in connection with their child’s
education in school.
• If a student leaves the school before the end of a Term, fees will be payable for the full term. Under
no circumstances the fee will not be refunded or adjusted.
• In case of mid-term admission, Fees have to be paid in full. No part payment will be accepted.
• The submission of the Admission form does not guarantee admission.
• If your child be availing the transport facility, Transport for the first 6 months (April – September) has
to be paid by 15th March, 2024 and 2nd instalment for 6 months (Oct. – March) to be paid by 9th July,
2024. Transport registration fees will be 2000/-(refundable/adjustable).

Activities: Competition (Olympiad, Spell bee etc.), field trip, excursion, cultural activities, exhibitions,
culinary activities, co-curriculum activities like debates, elocutions, speech competitions, role plays, essay
writing etc.
