Description of venture

Tomato puree is an agricultural production company that believes in the power of farming and
processing local food products for local consumption. Our mission is to make tomato production a
sustainable, profitable business for Pakistani farmers.

we can connect Pakistani farmers to domestic consumers of processed tomato puree products, we will
improve the lives and incomes of smallholder farmers, provide more non-farming job opportunities for
the increasingly urban and rural populations, and increase the stability and sustainability of the food
supply in Pakistan.

We measure our success in terms of financial returns, agricultural output as well as social impact
achieved, We will get success from Tomato Puree product, Because this is time saving product and in
this digital world everyone wanted to get some advantage of digital things and We will place our
product digitally through that every citizen can get tomato puree product easily.

Our product is tomato puree product. Tomato puree is processed food product, usually consisting of
only tomatoes. It differs from tomato sauce or tomato paste in consistency and content tomato puree
generally lacks the additives common to a complete tomato sauce and does not have the thickness of
paste.

 Rawal kumar has done there 6 months internship in EFU life assurance.
 Hishmat rai has experience of managing because he is managing a community based
organization ( PYF) and also 6 months farmer internee at EFU life assurance.
 Lajpat rai was internee at directorate office of Hyderabad region.

PRODUCTION PLAN

Production plan is the act of developing a guide for the design and production of a given product or
service. Production plan helps organizations make the production process as efficient as possible.

Responsible for manufacturing operation

We all three members are responsible for manufacturing plan because nothing will happen without
employees, team manager and owner so these all are the responsible for everything happens in the
company.

Subcontractors

They are professional who performs task on contract basis. Subcontractors are usually specialist in one
specific area project and have developed strong skills in their area of expertise. There are many our
subcontractors like hotels, restaurants and homes are the main subcontractors. Subcontracting refers to
the practice of bringing in an outside company or individual to perform specific parts of a contract or
project. In most cases, a company subcontracts another business to perform a task that cannot be
handled internally. Our product will be manufactured on the order basis for manufacturing tomato
puree product we will buy raw materials tomatoes, bottles , packaging and we also buy computer,
internet service and telephone service for online order these materials we will use as per demand.
