 ABS braking system
 Stability Control System (ESC or similar)
 Automatic breaking system (AEB, EBA or equivalent)
 They must have a system that allows warning the driver and/or correct any driving in face of any lane change or road
diversion that has not been properly signaled (this system requires road demarcation for correct operation).
 Three-point safety belts for every occupant
 Tire pressure monitoring system, exceptionally it may be aftermarket.
 Air-conditioning or A/C and heating system.
 A clearance gage in excess of 180mm height and 1000mm width, symmetrically
 They must have dynamic stability high to intermediate in accordance with the following table:

Stability Gage / Height Rate

High ≥ 0.92
Intermediate < 0.92 y ≥ 0.85
Low < 0.85

Note: Exceptionally, the lower limit of the stability index for the intermediate range will be 0.85 and, as of January 1,
2024, this index will return to 0.88 and it will be required to every new vehicle incorporation.

 4x2 vehicles with rear axis drive must be fitted with a self-locking device (limited slide differential)
 4.5 cm wide reflective tape around the entire contour, DOT C2 standard, color contrasting with the color of the vehicle.
 Vehicles must be of a color contrasting that of the environment
 There must be means for controlling driver behavior, including speed.
 A diver identification device (it may be aftermarket)
 GPS device with 3 axis accelerometer (it may be aftermarket)
 80 dB backing up alarm (it may be aftermarket)
 Wheel nut lock system (may be aftermarket). The spider web type device is forbidden
 A/T tires (as minimum) of the same brand model and measures (spare wheel included).
 Tires must correspond to technology products recognized in the industry.
 The spare Wheel must have a rim that can be identified, preferably yellow. The use of treaded tires that have required
vulcanization will not be permitted.
 Site ID numbers on either side of the vehicle, on top and back sides (except explorations)
 A pre-use inspection register that meets at least Annex 1.
 Every vehicle must have operational, at all times, every element listed in the pre-use checklist (Annex 1
 Evidence of maintenance validity
 Vehicles entering the pit must have a proximity detection system between equipment and/or vehicles installed and
operating (e.g. CAS GPS)
 Vehicles entering the pit must have LED whip lights.
 A camera that records the road at least 48 hours from the front must be installed in the vehicle

 Light vehicles must not exceed 150, 000 km or 5 years old, counted since the date of the first registration in the country's
motor vehicle registry, unless the vehicle has a certificate of approval of mechanical conditions issued by the brand
representative, in which case, the site authorization may be extended every 100,000 km or every year, with a maximum
limit of 600,000 km or 7 years.
 The communication radio and any other device that the driver must use must be installed in compliance with the ISO
3958 - Drive Hand Control Reach standard. Emergency vehicles (ambulances, rescue cars) and those equipped for
escort tasks are excluded from this requirement, in which case the installation of devices must consider an ergonomic
and safety evaluation prior to installation.
 Modifications to the vehicle that interfere with the performance of the safety systems of the vehicle are not permitted..
 The installation of internal or external roll-over protection bars is not allowed.

the activity as Work Management Relevant (WM Relevant)..
 Every aftermarket device installed in the vehicle must be included in the maintenance program of the site.
 Additional to maintenance as per the manufacturer’s guideline, the site must have a maintenance sheet in place that
covers the elements listed in Annex 2..
 Every maintenance task performed must be recorded in the vehicle’s log.
 Every light vehicle must have a log book (or a booklet) as described in Annex 1.

wrenches).

5.3. Of travel

 The site must identify, evaluate and define those trips that, given their characteristics (e.g.: geographical altitude, continuous hours of
driving, weather conditions and route environment, among other), require additional controls for fatigue and drowsiness.

5.4 Of data and information management

 The site must have a data capture, treatment and management process provided by the speed and driving monitoring
system.
 The site must have a consequence management and recognition process in place to encourage expected behaviors and
