(Compliance Checklist)

 The FEED report is conducted and prepared by an


HCIS approved Fire Protection consultant.

 The FEED report is conducted for the entire facility


which includes all new expansion areas covered by
the project.

 The submitted FEED report is including all


documents and drawings as required by all
applicable SAF directives.

 The submitted FEED report has been reviewed by


the facility operator.

 The facility have an EHS Management System.

 The facility have records of EHS related findings


and reports as per SAF-02 Section 8.5.

 ONLY: Facilities where hydrocarbon and hazardous


chemicals are being handled, transferred, or stored at
or above the thresholds listed by OSHA 3132, have
