INTRODUCTION
BACKGROUND
Established as the first computer school in Nueva Ecija, the College for Research and Technology
of Cabanatuan (CRT) has been a trailblazer in education. Founded in 1988, the main campus in
Cabanatuan City set the stage for a strategic expansion plan across all districts of Nueva Ecija.
The advent of computer technology has opened a new chapter in technological advances which makes
computers become part of everyday life. Computers make all lives easier so that all can live good lives.
Computers are everywhere at work, at school, and at home. The educational System has taken advantage
of the technology in teaching and learning, processing data, record keeping, and in their enrollment
system.
Student Enrollment systems for CRT are used in recording a student's information. A well built
one will reduce the load on the people that normally have to-do all the work. Enrollment system is useful
especially when the school retrieves the important information from the student. In the enrollment system,
the school can trace what are the standings of the students. The manual enrollment system in a school can
lead to inaccurate evaluation of student performance, loss of student records, inaccurate reports, and slow
enrollment processing Students will be confused on what they should do and how they will do to be able
to enroll It is extremely useful in the school in a way of making the processes of enrolling much easy.
Unlike modern online enrollment systems that leverage digital technology and internet
connectivity, these student enrollment system for CRT is created using internet one thing important
about in these system is school can use these system as well without using internet to operates within the
confines of a physical environment. This method typically involves a series of manual tasks, such as the

Deploy a student enrollment system for CRT that can be use without using internet.
LIMITATION
User are not capable to share their password and email to their classmates for security.
The system are not capable to change the password and email of the student.
