Between the company India Restaurant Kamaljeet Kaur, Schlossgasse 17,99423 Weimar (hereinafter:
Company)
The employee will be hired as a specialty chef with effect from March 1, 2022.
It is not a probationary period The notice period is four weeks. If the notice period for the employer is
extended for tariff or legal reasons, this extension also applies to the employee. Termination of the
employment contract before starting work is excluded.
The remuneration is based on the usual amount for the company. Your salary is € per month.
The payment is due on the 10th of each year. Payment is made in cash by transfer to a checking account
to be specified by the employee. The employer pays the employee's rent directly to the landlord.
§4 Assignments/seizures
Partial or complete assignment and pledging of the remuneration is excluded. In the event of a wage
garnishment, the company is entitled to withhold _______% of the amount to be paid as a processing fee.
§5 Working hours/overtime
The working hours are based on normal company hours. The company is entitled to change the working
hours due to urgent operational requirements.
§ 6 Vacation The employee receives 24 working days of vacation per calendar year. The time at which
vacation begins must be coordinated with operational needs. Any activity aimed at gainful employment is
§7 Prevention of work
The employee undertakes to notify the company of any incapacity to work due to illness or illness If you
are unable to work for other reasons, you should be informed immediately. In the event of incapacity to
work due to illness, the employee must also provide the company with a medical certificate stating the
fact of the illness and the expected duration of the incapacity to work no later than the third day of the
illness. In the event of illness, wages will continue to be paid for up to 6 weeks.
§8 Obligation of confidentiality
The employee undertakes to maintain secrecy about all operational matters that come to his knowledge
in the course of or as a result of his work in the company, even after he leaves. Upon termination of the
employment relationship, all company documents as well as any transcripts or copies made must be
handed over to the company.
Claims arising from the employment relationship must be asserted within one month of receipt of the last
payslip: otherwise they are forfeited.
Subsidiary agreements and changes to the contract must be in writing to be legally valid. This formal
requirement cannot be waived or invalidated either verbally or tacitly. Any invalidity of individual
contractual provisions does not affect the effectiveness of the remaining provisions
