1) Go to ‘Settings/Battery charge’ menu and adjust ‘Batt1 Rated Capacity’ number to 200Ah, click Set
2) Go to ‘Settings/Battery charge’ menu and adjust ‘Equalize/Float Charge Control’ to Float charge’, click Set

1) Go to ‘Advanced Settings/Generator’ menu and adjust ‘Start DG Voltage’ number to 48.0 V, click
2) Go to ‘Advanced Settings/Generator’ menu and adjust ‘Stop DG Voltage’ number to 52.4 V, click
3) Go to ‘Advanced Settings/Generator’ menu and adjust ‘Voltage Stop DG Enable’ to Enable, click Set
4) Go to ‘Advanced Settings/Generator’ menu and adjust ‘Batt Current Stop DG Enable’ to Disabled, click Set

1) Go to ‘Advanced Settings/Generator’ menu and adjust ‘DG Relay Selection’ to Relay Output 7, click Set

How to adjust setting on ‘Vertiv’ – step 10
1) Go to ‘Settings/Rectifiers’ menu and adjust ‘Input Current Limit to 10A’, click Set – for any sites with 32A CB single phase EPC
with 3 active rectifier modules. (where all three phases are paralleled to one Phase)
2) Go to ‘Settings/Rectifiers’ menu and adjust ‘Input Current Limit to 5A’, click Set – for any sites with 32A CB single phase EPC
with 6 active rectifier modules. (where all three phases are paralleled to one Phase)
3) Go to ‘Settings/Rectifiers’ menu and adjust ‘Input Current Limit to 8A’, click Set – for any sites with 25A CB
single phase temporary power with 3 rectifier modules. (where all three phases are paralleled to one Phase)
4) Go to ‘Settings/Rectifiers’ menu and adjust ‘Input Current Limit to 4A’, click Set – for any sites with 25A CB
single phase temporary power with 6 rectifier modules. (where all three phases are paralleled to one Phase)
All temporary settings for temporary power need to be updated as soon as permanent power is connected!!!

2) Check for rectifier’s total output current is within set values. (during operation). Not higher!
3) Check for batteries charging current is within set values. (during operation). Not higher!
6) Check if battery disconnected alarm appears after one of the batteries is switched off.
7) Check if Vertiv can see the temperature, voltage, capacity of connected batteries via RS485/LAN cable.
8) For DWDM sites with 3 PSUs – commisioning parameters will be provided later.
