* The Owner of Unit No #01-21 at the Condominium known as MCST Plan No. 3493 -
The Coast at Sentosa Cove (“the Condominium”).
Buggy Parking Fees S$1,890 per parking space for period starting 15th November
2023 and expiring 14th November 2024
(Inclusive of GST)
Buggy The Buggy Owner shall provide The Coast Management with the
following details* in respect of the Buggy Parked in the Coast
Condominium:

TERMS
1) Subject to compliance with the terms of this Parking Agreement, The Coast
Management (“Management”) hereby grants to the Buggy Owner to use the designated
Buggy Parking space for the purpose of parking the buggy for the remaining term
expiring on the 14th day of November 2024 in consideration of payment of a parking
fee of Singapore Dollars One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Dollar Only
(S$1,890) per annum (inclusive of GST) or at such prevailing rates due and payable
annually in advance at the commencement of this Agreement.
2) The Parking Fee shall be inclusive of electricity charges for the buggy’s battery
charging. Charging of batteries shall be at the designated Buggy Park at the Coast
condominium only.
The Management also reserves the right to grant this Parking Agreement on a first
come first serve basis and any decision of the Management as to whether to grant any
further term to the Buggy Owner or to renew this Agreement shall be in the sole and
absolute discretion of the Management.
3) The Buggy Owner must register the buggy with Sentosa Cove Resort Management
(“SCRM”) and shall submit the “Application Form for Buggy Permit” via the
management for the registration.
4) In accordance with Land Transport Authority’s (LTA) guideline, the Buggy owner shall
undertake as follows:
a) The buggy is required to travel on designated buggy roads and crossing without
impeding the normal traffic on the public roads.
b) Driver of the buggy must pass a minimum of a Class 3/3A Driving License in
Singapore.
The Buggy Owner shall maintain and produce to the Management an insurance
policy against third party property damage and personal injury relating to the
owner’s buggy that is satisfactory to the Management and shall include cover
for: -

a) In the event that the Buggy Owner ceases to be an owner or tenant of the Unit in the
Condominium, the Buggy Owner shall inform the Management whereupon the
Management shall terminate the Agreement forthwith without any refund of the
Parking fee to the Owner.
a) In the due and punctual payments of monies payable under the terms of the
Agreement (where applicable); or
b) The Buggy Owner defaults in the observance or performance of any of the terms
contained in Agreement and such default continues for seven (7) days after written
notice is given to the Buggy Owner, as the case may be.
7) The Buggy to be parked at the designated Buggy Parking space will be at the Owner’s
risk. The Management shall not be responsible or held liable for any theft, damage or
other misdemeanor caused to the Buggy or its contents while parked in the premises
of The Coast.
8) The Management shall not be responsible or held liable for any accidents, loss,
damages, claims and legal suits which may be made against the Management arising
from the use of the Buggy in the premises of The Coast.
