My name is Saamir Mithwani and I’ve been in the E-Commerce


game for over 4-5 years now, building multiple 7-and 8-figure
businesses. Through my experience, I’ve learned what it takes to

My name is Adriyan Mahmoudi, and I’ve immersed myself in the

What do we mean by a Brand?
A brand is more than a product; it’s a thriving community united by
shared values. Move beyond outdated dropshipping, and distinguish

End Goal
The ultimate end goal is not just about building a brand but strategical-
ly exiting it for optimal gains. Selling the business, maximizing its value

to sell for a good profit. Brands less than 1 year will have a low profit
multiplier, typically less than a 1x.

Example 1: Imagine a branded store running for 2 years, consistent-


ly generating $60k in revenue per month and $15k in monthly profit
(25% profit margin). With $360,000 in profit over 2 years, this store has
a high chance of selling for a 2-3x multiplier, totaling around a $900k
value!

Example 2: Consider a general store operating for 2 years with no con-


sistency. While it may make quick flips on profit from trending prod-
ucts, it fades out fast. This type of store holds no exit valuation as it
poses a high risk for any investor. Avoid becoming an Example 2. Pri-
oritize strategic branding and consistency for long-term success.
Dropshipping VS Branded Dropshipping
Regular Dropshipping is DEAD

Regular dropshipping, once hailed as a revolutionary model, now finds


itself overshadowed by its more refined counterpart. The notion of being a
one-stop-shop akin to Amazon is no longer feasible. Customers are savvy;
they seek more than just convenience; they crave authenticity and connec-
tion.

Many gurus hide the best ways to make money from you because they
want to keep you relying on them. They keep teaching the same old stuff
without admitting that things have changed. They’re scared to lose control
over their followers, so they act like building a brand isn’t important.

But really, these gurus are stuck in the past. They keep pushing outdated
ideas about running basic stores. But today, people want something special,
something unique. That’s where the real value is. Building a brand isn’t just a
trendy phrase; it’s a way to make a lot of money and keep making it. It’s about
making people like you and your stuff, standing out from everyone else, and
being able to charge more for what you sell.

So don’t listen to those gurus. Instead, focus on building your brand


and making your own path to becoming a millionaire.

tored and bans are a lot more common.

signing sites to make simple graphics that can take your store from average to great.
• Always remember a good branded dropshipping store doesn’t look like a dropshipping
store, it looks like a real brand.
• Avoid using cheap-looking text and fonts; instead, opt for a minimalist and simple design.
• If you ever hesitate about what to include on your store, remember that you can al-
ways take inspiration from what big websites are doing.
• Beyond the basics such as reviews and announcement bars, the rest of your website
elements should be modeled after other top websites in the space.
