Language Support
AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI 2021 supports many languages of the world. Languages maybe fully or partially
supported by AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI 2021. A fully supported language means that the product will
display menus, prompts, dialog boxes, user interface elements, and user-facing error messages in that language
when it is installed on the operating system of that language. A partially supported language means that all
displayed text can be translated into that language and can be added to the product installation. This will cause
all menus, prompts, dialog boxes, user interface elements, and user-facing error messages to be displayed in
that language when it is installed on the operating system of that language. The procedure for adding the
partially supported language translations is described in the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI Developer
documentation.
For both fully supported and partially supported languages, numbers, dates, and time strings displayed in the
Human-Machine Interface (HMI) will be displayed using the formatting that follows the regional conventions (as
set on that workstation).
The following languages are fully supported with the AVEVA Enterprise SCADA HMI 2021 release:
easy eXtended Operator Station (ezXOS):
o English-US
o Spanish-Spain
o Chinese-Simplified
eXtended Editor (XE):
o English-US
o Spain-Spanish
For a list of partially supported languages, please contact your AVEVA representative.
