Personal Background:
 From a remote Village, Devanur, Najangud Taluke, Mysore District, India. A son of Late Sri DM Shanthabasavaiah, a school
teacher. Did schooling in Kannada medium at Devanur. Married and blessed with two kids. Likes swimming and plays
shuttle-cock badminton.
