EXAMINATION SCHEDULE (Degree/Diploma)
Monday 24th June - Friday 5th July 2024

INSTRUCTIONS:
The major objective of this schedule is to conduct the exam strictly following the instructions listed below:
1. Semester 1 2024 Examinations will be held from the Monday 24th of June to Friday the 5th of July 2024.

2. Students have to enter the examination room half an hour (30minutes) before the exam starts.

3. Open College Headquarters will not print the Exam Scripts, like it used to be in the past and send via mail, instead we will send the exam
scripts via email in electronic copies.

4. All exams scheduled for the day will take place simultaneously. Therefore, depending on number of students and number of exams for the
same time slot, number of invigilators will be determined by Centre Directors (CDs).

5. The CDs are instructed to strictly follow the timetable and conduct the examinations on the date and time as per timetable. This means all
centers will conduct particular exam on the same day and time to avoid leakage and plagiarism.

6. The CD and Invigilator together will open the required Examination packet and sign.

7. Please ensure that the question paper packet will be opened half an hour before the commencement of exam in the presence of invigilators.

8. There must be strict supervision by the CDs such as checking of students ID, filling in of attendance log sheet and signed off at the end of
examination.

9. After the examination is over, the answer scripts, and student attendance list must be packed, sealed and signed by both CD and Invigilator for
dispatch.

10. All student numbers, names and signatures with date recorded by invigilator counter signed by CD should be sent with exam papers for each
examination.
11. All exams completed to be dispatched immediately after the last exam is conducted.

12. Note strictly - that internal marks that come in after the completion date of results will not be counted for Semester 1, 2024. The result of late
sending of internals marks will be confirmed in the next semester.
