Custom Table Guide


1. Definitions

1.1 “Custom Table” means any non-ServiceNow provided table created or installed by
or on behalf of Customer on the ServiceNow platform and used for any purpose,
including the creation of a custom application, unless such table is specifically
exempt.
1.2 “Custom Table Fields” means any non-ServiceNow provided field created by on
behalf of Customer within a Custom Table.

1.3 “Bundled Custom Tables” means Custom Tables included as an express entitlement
with the purchase of a subscription product.

1.4 “Exempt Tables” means a Custom Table extended from any of the ServiceNow
tables in Section 2 below.

2. Exempt Tables

Customer is entitled to extend each of the below ServiceNow tables up to 1,000 times. Extending
any of the below ServiceNow tables more than 1,000 times requires a subscription to either a
Now Platform® App Engine product or any ServiceNow product that includes Bundled Custom
Table entitlement.

3. Custom Table Field Limitations

Each Custom Table is limited in the number of Custom Table Fields that may be created. The
number of Custom Table Fields entitled on each Custom Table is determined by the Now
Platform® App Engine Package or Table Type as indicated below.

4. Mobile Studio

Use of Mobile Studio with Custom Tables requires a subscription to the Now Platform® App
Engine product or an express Custom Table entitlement that is granted with the purchase of
another ServiceNow subscription product. All Customers are entitled to use Mobile Studio
on all ServiceNow provided tables.
