1) Since the data analysis revealed that employees have to play multiple roles in the

work allocation should be done and realistic & reasonable amount of work should be
given to them so that they don’t feel pressured and stressed because of over work load.

2) As data reflects that majority is neutral for they are provided proper incentives,
therefore it is suggested that employees hard work should be recognised and rewarded
though incentives which would certainly help them in maintaining motivation and
reducing their stress.

3) Since majority disagreed for their organisation doesn’t organises any counselling
programmes to relieve their stress, therefore it is suggested that the organisation should
organise such counselling programmes which would help employees in neutralising
their stress.

4) Since data analysis indicated that organisation doesn’t organizes any yoga & meditation
programmes therefore it is suggested that organisation should occasionally organizes
yoga & mediation programme as they are really helpful in relieving the stress. So with
this employee would certainly feel lighter & revitalised and they would resume their
work with positive energy.

5) Stress relieving & motivational programme should be organised to neutralise negativity

& stress levels of employees.

6) Since data analysis also indicated that majority become Aggressive , irritated & careless
with their work when they feel stressed , therefore it is suggested that organisation
should certainly organise stress relieving workshops or counselling session to deal with
their stress.
