A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONCURRING THE GENDER AND


DEVELOPMENT (GAD) PLAN AND BUDGET FOR THE CY 2023 AMOUNTING TO
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY AND 65/100 (PHP
153,081.80)

WHEREAS, the Barangay Executive Chief presented and submitted the CY 2023
Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget for review and concurrence by this
august body.
WHEREAS, the budget for this GAD Plan is included in the approved Annual
Budget for CY 2023, under Appropriation Ordinance No. 04-2022.
WHEREAS, included in the said GAD Plan and Budget were lined activities that
will promote gender sensitivity, gender equality, and rights of women and children under
RA 9262, E0 273, RA 9710 and other GAD Laws;

WHEREAS, this body, after careful review and deliberations, found the contents of
this GAD Plan and Budge5t IN ORDER, thereby interposing No objection for its
implementation;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. JACINTA T. PERIGO, Committee Chair


on Health and Sanitation and it was unanimously seconded.

FURTHERMORE, RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve and


concur, the following projects/activities incorporated under the Gender and Development
(GAD) Plan and Budget for the Calendar Year 2023

RESOLVED FINALLY, let copies of this resolution be furnished all concerned offices for
their information, guidance, and implementation.

UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED: October 22, 2022.
