TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING-2024

1. The subject training is being given as per the request of student(s), purely on academic point of view and student
will not receive any salary / allowance/ stipend for this Training.
2. During the Training the student(s) shall abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the Company.
3. The student(s), has to make his own arrangement for lodging, boarding and transport during the period of
training.
4. It is the responsibility of the student to take care of his / her Safety & Security and PVUN will not be held
responsible on such matters. The Corporation shall have ‘No liability’ whatsoever, due to the accident or mishap
caused to the student, during the period of training.
5. The student shall report to the Officer concerned and take instructions as per the training schedule given to him.
6. The information document, drawing data etc. if any made available to students during the period of training shall
not be passed/transferred/ conveyed to any other party.
7. Photography is strictly prohibited during the period of training inside the plant.
8. The student will not be entitled to any free medical treatment from company hospital excepting for usual facilities
of outdoor consultation and will have to bear expenses of the medicines that may have been prescribed to them,
except for ordinary first aid treatment.
9. Final Certificate shall be issued only after surrendering the Original Gate Pass along with Helmet. In case of
non-submission of helmet the cost of helmet shall be refunded by the trainee by DD/Cheque in favor of PVUN,
Patratu.
10. Only PVUN Patratu employees can take surety for student and only one student can be referred by an employee.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED INSIDE THEPLANT DURING PLANT VISIT

1. Trainee is advised to move inside plant under clear directives / Instructions of guide, to whom they are assigned;
2. Trainee is required to wear Safety Helmet and shoes while entering the plant and use them as long as you they
are in the plant;
3. Trainee should not move close to the rotating parts/machinery;
4. Trainee is required to Wear tight fitting clothes, to prevent entanglement in rotating parts;
5. Trainee should note that Entry is strictly prohibited at fire prone / explosive area(s) viz. HFO area, Hydrogen
feeding area; Acid/Alkali storage area;
6. Trainee should not touch any electrical installations;
7. Trainee should not meddle with any equipment / electrical Installation;
8. Trainee should use only designated walkways / stairs etc. and avoid short-cuts;
9. In case of any emergency, Trainee should contact Guide and act, as per their instructions;
10. Trainee should follow safety Instructions displayed at various locations inside the plant;
11. Trainee should not use / operate cell phones in plant premises.

Declaration
I have read the terms and conditions and Safety Precaution required during Vocational Training and will abide by all the
above mentioned clauses during my training period. Further PVUN will not be held responsible for any kind of mishap/
injury to me during the course of training.

Pl. Note.:
1. Trainees will not be permitted to enter plant area without safety helmet & shoes.
2. Safety helmet & Gate pass must be handed over to EDC on the last day of training period.
3. The trainee must collect his/her Training Completion Certificate on last day of training period.
4. Photography or videography is strictly prohibited in plant area.
