What IRC expects from you? Zero tolerance with financial fraud, sexual harassment, sexual violence,
child abuse, abuse on beneficiaries. The applicant is expected to abide by
IRC’s policies related to safeguarding. IRC defines safeguarding as “An
umbrella term that covers both staff and client-facing protection from
exploitation and abuse”.
Tasks
Requirements:
• Strong belief in Gender Equality, Women Empowerment, and child friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizing skills. Deep knowledge in humanitarian principles and client centered approaches.
• Reliable, strong commitment towards confidentiality and respect for diversity.
• Experience in humanitarian field and work for community.
• Student, Graduate, Volunteers from Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) will be good fit.
• Good skills in basic computer usage. Able to use MS office-Word, Excel, Power Point, e-mail applications.
• To be able to work and apply learned skills back in own organization.
• Fluency in spoken and written Myanmar. Intermediate in spoken and written English. Fluency in ethnic
languages preferred.
