Understanding the Company and its sequence of activities (Modus Operandi). This process is initialized
by carrying out a GAP Analysis of the Organization, its Departments / Functions and its various
Personnel.
Process Approach for reviewing all aspects of BRCGS Food (Issue-9) for every function and every
process.
Up-gradation of the Documentation as per the requirements of BRCGS Food (Issue-9) after taking due
consideration of the GAP Analysis results. The Documentation shall include the following:
o Level – 1: Food Safety Management System Manual
o Level – 2: Process Flow Chart & Department level Procedures
o Level – 3: Food Risk Analysis Hazard Identification, Hazard Evaluation and Control Chart
Preparation, Determination of Critical Control Points in Flow Chart
o Level – 4: HACCP Plan & Quality Assurance Plan. CCP Control Chart for Monitoring, Plan
with responsibilities assigned and Corrective Action Plan
Conducting Department / Function specific Awareness Training based on the documented system.
Periodic Implementation Monitoring of the BRCGS Food (Issue-9) System in the Organization up to
the Certification Audit.
Initiation incl. presence in the Internal Audit & MRM (Management Review Meeting) conducted in the
Company.
Coordination with the Certification Agency up to the Certification Audit.
Support in closure of Non-conformance raised in Certification Audit, if any.
Payment Terms for the Consultancy Service
We are pleased to quote 1,65,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Five Thousand only) for consultancy services
for BRCGS Food (Issue – 9) Documentation, Training & Implementation. Payment terms for the same are
as follows.
• GST will be applicable at the time of invoicing is Exclusive (Current Rate 18%).
• The cost of travel, lodging, boarding & out of pocket expenses (local travel, food, etc.) are Exclusive.
To be managed by the clients or reimbursed on actual.
• Consulting assistance will be up to Certification Audit only.
• Company need to make separate contract with certifying agency and charges for the same are
excluded for the certification audit.
