INTRODUCTION:
“Communication is at the heart of e-commerce and community.” – Meg Whitman, former CEO of Hewlett-
Packard. The internet has created new opportunities for business, specifically for electronic commerce. E-
commerce involves the use of the Internet for tasks like marketing, product spotting, payment processing &
delivery. In Bangladesh, which has 165 million residents and a mobile internet usage rate of 33%, the e-
commerce market is anticipated to expand significantly over the next few years. Our local electronics appliance
brand currently only has offline showrooms and outlets, but in order to compete in today's competitive market,
we are aiming to launch our business on an online platform, which is not simple to do. However, our goal is to
satisfy customers and develop a close relationship with them so they can rely on us when using our e-commerce
services. We are therefore working on our project to succeed in the e-commerce platform & past the obstacles
by conducting research on t innovations, feasibility, market insights, supply chain management, and plan
representation.

Innovation: -
‣ Live tracking system: A tracking code will be provided with each ordered products that a customer can see
where & in which condition his products are in, with live vehicle tracking system & approximate delivery time for
each of the item.
‣ Warehouse technology: The precision of procedures like inventory control, order fulfillment, internal
movements of good; basically, any logistical operation in a warehouse can be automated. Warehouse can use
artificial intelligence (AI), and predictive analytics tools to increase the output of their processes. For facilities to
take advantage of the opportunities provided by big data & ML technologies, it is essential to implement
software that automates control over logistics operations.

‣ Collaboration with “ARRA” network: With this, previously unconnected individuals now have access to a
new range of digital accessibility and a wireless network architecture that dramatically expands coverage area.
Our company needs to focus on “ARRA” for wider coverage.
‣ Damage prevention:
1. Select the appropriate box size.
2. Wrapping all items.
3. Fill up the package's empty space.
4. Mark the package as fragile.
5. Use indications for impact, shock, and tilt.
01 Route optimization.
03 Inventory/warehouse management.
04 Driverless delivery.
05 Fraud prevention.
06 Sorting system.

‣ Hybridization:
A system is designed to combine imported & domestic electronic products to make new products. These new
hybrid items can build a positive reputation in the market and we're introducing them so that individuals in the
middle class and upper middle class can buy them. By doing this, we can expand our company.

‣Refunding process:
Unopened products only may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For regular products, we will take 20% of
the payment and refund the remaining 80% when a customer cancels the order after making it.
However, only a 50% refund will be offered in the case of hybrid products.

Market Insight: -
Market insight is the identification of a pertinent, exploitable, and hitherto unknown reality about a target market
as the result of in-depth, subjective data analysis. Market insight aims to benefit both parties, satisfying the true
needs and desires of your target audience while also making money, especially when marketing a previously
unused or unknown innovation. The best market insights provide benefits to both the seller and the organizations
in need of the innovation.
