Heaplus streamlines the application process for individuals and families by providing one
electronic application that collects and records data, conducts a preliminary eligibility
determination, and facilitates application submission for a range of health, nutrition and cash
assistance programs. Heaplus has both an assisted model and a self-service channel. In the
assisted model, trained assistors interview applicants and submit applications on their behalf. In
the self-service (or public access) model, residents of Arizona create their own secure accounts,
complete and submit applications, and monitor the status of their applications all on their own.
• Provide Impact analysis for various components depending on requirement from Heaplus.
• Performance analysis and optimization of State Level Registry application using WCF, MVC
4, SQL Server, Jquery and CSS.
• Developed single page applications using Angular, Bootstrap for consumer portal
• Played a crucial role in making Heaplus ADA Compatible.
• Worked in Notices, CALC & Disposition which is used to determine eligible programs, like
Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, TANF, ALTCS etc for each applicant.
• Currently working on Worker flow converting aps.net to MVC Framework
• Involved in implementing Repository design pattern to centralize data source and to
decouple business layer with Data access layer.
• Applied LINQ to simplify coding and to get better readability and performance
• Dealing with Stored Procedures, Functions, Views and Triggers for data manipulations and
performance tuning of the applications.
• Implemented multiple WCF services to interact with external services like PMMIS, SOLQI
and USPS address verification
• Developed Partial view to reduce the Complexity in User Interface Coding using Razor
• Monitoring Web application real time performance using NewRelic tool.
• Generated XSLT templates to dynamically create Notices.
• Schedule and execute all stages of enterprise software, hardware and system
implementations.
• Assessed business implications for each project phase and monitored progress to meet
deadlines, standards and cost targets.
• Resolved numerous project issues including staffing shortages, tactical matters, scope creep

Applying for health, social services and other support can be a cumbersome process for
individuals and families. One e app uses technology to help streamline the application process
for families and program administrators by providing one electronic application (One-E-App) that
collects and stores information, screens and delivers data electronically, and helps families enroll
in a range of public and private programs. One-E-App technology connects low income families
to programs and services ranging from Medicaid, SCHIP, and Food Stamps (SNAP) to income
tax credits, energy subsidies and more.
