EVALUATION OF THE BUSINESS IDEA:

HEALTHY FOOD RESTAURANT

In recent years, changes in consumer tastes and concern about taking care of health have led
to the emergence of new concepts and fashions such as the “fitness” trend, that of staying in
shape.

Among the most frequent conversations are those of going to the gym and doing boring diets
in order to maintain their figure, and there are more and more people who join this
movement, whether for aesthetic reasons to feel good about themselves or for health,
whether it is losing weight, having a sedentary lifestyle (office work), or due to a particular
illness that requires healthy diets. All of these reasons are extremely positive because despite
being a fashion, it encourages people to lead a healthier and more natural lifestyle.

That is why, due to the popularity of this lifestyle, we want to create a healthy food restaurant,
which offers the consumer organic, healthy and delicious food, either offering our purpose by
breaking the paradigm that healthy is not delicious, Through this medium we want to take
traditional cuisine to another level, incorporating ingredients, techniques and a more
ecological business culture.

Nowadays it is important to satisfy diners not only in their palate but also in their lifestyle.

The food industry is one of the most 'stable' in the world for a very simple reason: it is
essential. And as I mentioned previously, the healthy food and healthy living business
is constantly growing both in the world and in Peru.

 Why are those customers interested in my product or service?


Because the majority of these clients have the need to have a healthier life, either
because they want to look good and follow a “fitness” lifestyle, because they suffer
from a disease that requires healthy diets, because they want to lose weight, or
because they may simply have a sedentary lifestyle due to monotonous work,
especially business people who do not have much time to eat healthy or want to
compensate for their lack of physical activity by eating healthy.

 Is it possible to reach those customers?


Yes, with adequate advertising and a strategic marketing plan; It becomes much
simpler, since this topic is trending.

 Are there competitors and how strong is their position?


There are many food restaurants that are specifically related to healthy food, there are
a few that offer vegetarian food, which could possibly be a competition but not very
strong, since they are not equal to the service that we want to offer, this type of
establishment produces organic food but without the use of any type of meat, unlike
our service that does include them, plus it is much more pleasant to taste and is still
healthy.

 Do I have advantages over competing products/services?


Advantages can be generated, the key is to be innovative, creating new healthy
recipes, perhaps adding desserts, breakfasts, smoothies and healthy snacks to our
service, as well as offering home service (delivery).

 What disadvantages do I have over competing products/services?


Disadvantages against a traditional restaurant is the challenge of breaking the
paradigm that healthy food is not delicious.

 Is there availability of inputs for production?


Regarding obtaining inputs, most of these are within our reach, with respect to
purchasing them, there will be some ingredients with a higher cost.

 What type of staff do I need?


For our business, we mainly needed a chef specialized in healthy foods and a
nutritionist to provide the necessary advice.
