Taylor Alison Swift was born in Wyomissing (Pennsylvania), on December 13,

1989 , daughter of Scott Swift, an agent (economics), a very important stockbroker,
and Andrea Swift, a housewife . He has a brother 2 years younger named Austin

page poem titled "Monster In My Closet."][]

At the age of fourteen he began to write simple songs and sing in karaoke contests
and fairs in his hometown. During the summer he wrote a 350-page novel which
was not published. Taylor began visiting Nashville , where at the age of twelve he
began to write songs with some composers in the area, an activity that was
consolidated when his family settled on the outskirts of the city. He performed in a
contest at "The Bluebird Café" that caught the attention of Scott Borchetta , who
offered him a record deal with Big Machine Records.[] Her musical influences

Jonas . Swift confirmed in interviews on November 6 and 11, 2008 with Ryan
Seacrest and Ellen DeGeneres respectively, that she had a relationship with Joe
Jonas and that he broke up with her "over the phone in 27 seconds." American

Taylor because his life did not allow him to maintain a stable relationship.[] She
talks about this event in her song Forever and Always.

definitively. This is recounted in the single from their third album Back to
