Did you know that hate, anger, envy lower our vital energy? It often
happens to us that we carry schematics from previous experiences that we project
into the present; and unconscious situations that occurred in early childhood are
triggered, therefore our current life is often determined by unresolved situations
from the past but do not despair, all this has a solution! and that is called CHI.
Our spiritual qualities, emotions and virtues as human beings are linked to
our vital organs and certain energy points in the body. Our emotions,
feelings, can be healed through KI or CHI, a Chinese term that we commonly
hear from yoga teachers, feng shui consultants. , etc. Much has been said and
much has been written about this vital energy , well, every living being has Ki,
plants, animals, human beings, and of course all the nature that surrounds us. Chi
acts as a link that unites the physical body, the energy body and the spirit body.
These energy points travel through channels called Nadis or acupuncture meridians.
As spiritual qualities, or virtues, are linked to our vital organs, Taoist instruction
restores the physical body and keeps it healthy, as the basis of spiritual work.
When an organ does not receive enough Chi , its physical condition may
deteriorate and, at the same time, it may be more difficult for the virtue of this
organ to manifest.
As I have mentioned previously in other notes, Chinese medical thought is
concentrated on the concept of energy , everything that exists in nature is
energy in perpetual movement and transformation. The energies that make the
human body function are called yin and yang and they communicate with each
other to all the organs through channels called meridians . According to Hindu
tradition there are about 72 thousand nadis or energy channels that connect the
aura with our physical body.
Acupuncture points on the human body were originally classified in ancient China
into 14 separate groups. The line that joins the acupuncture points in each group is
called the "Meridian." Of these 14 meridians, 12 are bilateral (to the right and left
of the body), the remaining 2 are located in the midline of the body.
Each meridian has a defined path in the body, which is divided into two parts: The
internal path and the external path .
The internal route has its origin in an organ, runs internally through the body and
connects to the external route at the acupuncture point.
The external route ends at the terminal of the acupuncture point and is
connected to another internal route, taking it back to the organ of origin,
converting the total path or meridian into a closed circuit.
Each Meridian is named according to the organ of origin , for example: Liver,
Pancreas, Spleen, Stomach, etc., except for the two located in the midline; The
posterior one is called the Governor Vessel and the anterior one is called the
"Concepción Vessel."
The body's energy circulates through specific paths called meridians, which, twelve
in number, are distributed symmetrically on each side of the body. Six of them are
yin and six are yang:
When we are in a certain negative emotional state, the activity of the thymus
gland will be weakened , it will also produce a general deterioration of vital
energy, and a specific deterioration of the meridian energy linked to that emotional
state.
If this emotional state persists for a long time, the associated meridians will
continue to become unbalanced , damaging the physiology of the corresponding
organ until causing the disease. This chain of events demonstrates how important
psychosomatic factors are for health.
The thymus gland is the link between the mind and the body , being the first
affected by mental attitudes and stress. The thymus controls and regulates vital
energy through acupuncture meridians, therefore it is the master key to the body's
energy system.
Most people, when they have to face a tragedy, whether it is a personal illness
or the death of a family member , respond by decreasing the activity of their
thymus, reducing their vital energy . The body's first response to stress is the
shrinking of the the thymus gland . Hate and love are the most primary
emotions that human beings have, fear makes us vulnerable to stress.
According to Freud and the psychoanalyst M. Klein nests within us the life
instinct and the death instinct, in such a way that there is at all times an
impulse of self-destruction that fights against our desire to love, live, fulfill
ourselves and grow. This deep struggle that occurs within us is occurring
within our thymus permanently. Lack of hope or despair is a psychological
condition that has been linked to the thyroid meridian.
Some of the positive attributes of the thymus are: Faith, trust, gratitude,
courage. There are techniques to unblock and make energy flow freely
through the body or unblock it if it is low or with excess energy, among them are
acupuncture, digital puncture, reflexology, massages, light lamps with
specific colors, medicine. bioenergetics, ho'ponopono, CHI KUNG, yoga,
Reiki and certain affirmations that will activate vital energy that will help
overcome stress and energy imbalances that may affect us.

REFLEXOLOGY
According to psychoanalysts, the basis of hatred, envy and all other negative
emotions is a deep and primordial fear. It is likely that such fear is related
to the "trauma of birth." The word envy comes from the Latin "invidia",
which means a hostile look, from which we get all the other expressions
that have to do with the evil eye.
In short, the thymus controls our vital energy . If we want to feel well, if we
want to have our physical and mental energies balanced and active, if we want to
appear invulnerable to stress, we must have good thymus activity. This gland is
controlled by the most powerful emotions, both positive and negative .
@Randallita
When the thymus is active, the person will be on the path to health and
positive life options and choices . Therefore, we must choose a way of life that
stays away from fear, hatred and envy, directing and choosing positive emotions
such as love, trust, faith, gratitude and courage. The power of love can make very
powerful biochemical changes in the body.
When we find ourselves in stressful situations, not only is the thymus gland
weakened, but there is also an imbalance between the two cerebral hemispheres
that prevents us from reaching a beneficial and creative solution to the problem.
One of the hemispheres, generally the left one, is usually the predominant one, the
hyperactive one. The function of the left hemisphere is expressed by the priority
use of the right hand.
The left hemisphere is trained to face everyday reality, logical reactions. This deals
above all with verbal skills, language and the orderly and detailed processing of
information. That is, speaking, writing and reading are largely under the control of
the left hemisphere of the brain. An injury to this area causes all kinds of problems
related to language. This hemisphere controls logical and consecutive thinking
processes, mathematics and semantics.
On the other hand, the right hemisphere is related to fantasy, imagination,
dreams, intuition, spatial relationships , rhythm, rhyme, music, humor,
laughter and syntax. In this hemisphere is the headquarters of visual information.
It deals with spatial relationships. A person whose brain has been injured in the
right hemisphere usually loses his sense of direction and is unable to find his way
home. This hemisphere is responsible for processing visual information about a
situation in a global, holistic way. It controls abstract thought processes and our
emotional reactions.
The two hemispheres have different functions in the human body. The left
hemisphere is linked to an aspect of the Neurovegetative nervous system, the
parasympathetic that autonomously regulates respiratory, digestive and cardiac,
endocrine, metabolic, etc. functions. For its part, the right hemisphere is linked to
the sympathetic system.
To achieve full psychobiological harmony, balance and synchronization
between the two hemispheres and high vital energy are required . We can
achieve this goal by practicing some creative activity: listening to some type of
music such as baroque (which synchronizes the cerebral hemispheres), reading
poetry, painting, dancing, observing nature, etc.
Our entire biography at the present moment and our mental attitude now
constitutes the result of all the unconscious emotional processes of the past. To
free ourselves from suffering, and to achieve desired purposes and goals.
