Notes:-
1 All dimensions are in mm.

2 Use pre compressed insulation board for rings, edge insulation, duct & cylinder.

3 Provide insulation flapper at tapings.

4 Starting & finishing leads are to be extra insulated with creep tape 3mm radially.

5 The starting and finishing turns are to be braced duly with cotton tape, these should not be loose.

6 Use 10 mill press paper foundation layer for HV coils.

7 If the thickness of insulation between LV and HV coils is ≤ 8.5 mm for 15 KV & 12 mm for 33
KV Use white paper
