Job Description: Relationship Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to foster positive relationships
with our clients and drive business growth through effective sales strategies. As a
Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs,
offering solutions, and maximizing sales opportunities while ensuring high levels
of client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries
and concerns promptly.

- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored
financial solutions.

2. Sales and Business Development:

- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.

- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase products and


services.
3. Financial Advisory:

- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to clients based on their financial
goals and risk appetite.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisors, wealth managers) to


deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

4. Client Retention and Satisfaction:

- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend adjustments to financial


plans as needed.

- Ensure exceptional service delivery and resolve client issues promptly.

5. Market and Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on financial markets, products, and industry trends.

- Educate clients on investment options, market conditions, and financial


planning strategies.

6. Operational Excellence:

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems.

- Collaborate with operations and support teams to streamline processes and


improve service delivery.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA or
CFA preferred)

- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role


in the financial services sector.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving
revenue growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.

- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
