Administrator (formerly ZCCA-IA). Duration: 75

configurations

• Recall user authentication methods and best practices

ZIA Professional The ZIA Professional path is the second level of Zscaler Certification Cost: eLearning [free]
Internet Access Training and Certification. This path builds $600 or 2 EDU Duration: 8 hours
on skills learned in the ZIA Administrator path. Credits

In this path you will: Duration: 8 hours

• Configure the various methods for traffic forwarding and

authentication.
• Deploy and manage Client Connector.
• Configure advanced options, including Bandwidth
Control, DNS Security, and Nanolog Streaming Service
(NSS).

ZPA The ZPA Administrator path covers an introduction and Certification Cost: eLearning [free]
Administrator fundamentals of the Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solution. $300 or 1 EDU Duration: 6 hours
In this path you will: Credit Exam [1 credit]
Duration: 90
• The fundamentals of the ZPA architecture, some key minutes
requirements, components, and features.
• How to deploy key ZPA infrastructure and configure the
service, using the recommended step-by-step process.
• The fundamentals of Zscaler Client Connector, and the
specifics of how it is used for ZPA connectivity.
• The basics of ZPA health monitoring and how to
configure the Log Streaming Service (LSS).
• The available Zscaler Support services, and some
troubleshooting fundamentals for the ZPA service.

Kerberos and SCEP certificates deployed from Microsoft
Intune.
