Easy install, nice clean look, good price

American Standard seems to have corrected other reviewers problems with attaching the seat by now supplying specialized bolts and rubberized expansion
anchors so that installing the seat firmly is as easy as pie and in fact is now much superior compared to how conventional toilet seats attach and inevitably become
loose. For the price on sale at Lowe's, this toilet offers good value. We like the comfort height, elongated bowl, much easier to clean base, streamlined look,
stay-clean bowl, and water conservation pluses so much so that we've now purchased three more to update the other toilets in our 22 year old home. Perhaps
others who struggled with installation were simply too lazy to read and follow the very straight-forward instructions. As other reviewers helpfully pointed out, you
may need to purchase a longer, braided, stainless steel, flexible feeder line beforehand if changing from a conventional height toilet to this higher height model.

I am a Contractor, I use these toilets in my house and many of my customers homes. It really does work great even though it is a 1.28 gal flush. The seat isn''t the
most comfortable but the toilet works super.

Good flush, tall, clean look, narrow, easy enough to install. BUT the seat is NARROW and not comfortable to sit on. Try sitting on it before you buy it and you'll see

High Rise Toilet

This is the second of these type of toilets we have had installed in our home, and we will get the next one for the powder room next month. We are in our 70''s and
this toilet is soo much more comfortable and meets our needs. The cleaning of this product is a million times easier than conventional toilets as there are not any
nooks and crannies to clean and it is water saving. It is an amazing buy!

I saw the reviews on the seat for this toilet...there''s nothing wrong with this seat! Maybe the ones who are complaining either felt the flimsiness upon installation, or
they are spending a half hour sitting on it. The seat serves the purpose. I am a bigger girl and it does the job. It has smooth sides for easier cleaning, which was he
main reason I bought it. Has space on the floor behind it to get cleaning done there easier too. The tank, at least in my bath, sits 1 3/4 inches away from the wall.
Has a powerful flush because omg, with my son using it, that''s a must! I believe it has a 10 yr warranty too. The price was right and I highly recommend! Don''t
listen to the ones complaining about a cheap seat...unless you are taking a novel in there with you.

We bought this toilet, took leave to have it installed by a plumber, had to pay to have the valve replaced as the one that came with it was defective, and we still can''t
use it as the water doesn''t shut off.

Looks great and easy to install

This was not the cheap toilet but you get what you pay for. I was between two brands for this style of toilet and the reviews that described the instal of the other
turned me to this one. I''m glad they did, while the design might look like it would be difficult to install it was a breeze! As long as your flange under the toilet is in
good shape you will not need a single tool. EVERYTHING is in the box and ready to go. Its very surprising how little water it uses to flush also and its got plenty of
power for this house with three kids.
