‘Add’, then save.

PROBLEM/S ENCOUNTERED:
Thankfully, because this lab activity seemed to be a continuation of the last one, I had no issues
or difficulties when performing it. Compared to previous laboratory exercises, this one is much
simpler for me to complete because it only requires a few simple steps. The only thing we need
to be cautious of in this activity is that when we add new MAC addresses, we need to double-
check that we input the correct MAC addresses and specify the type of devices they belong to.
This effectively filters or blocks access from unauthorized devices to the WiFi or modem.

CONCLUSION:
The goal of this lab exercise is to use MAC filtering to prevent unauthorized computers or
devices from connecting to the modem or Wi-Fi. It also involves banning undesirable websites,
which implies preventing or restricting access to them. This is done to reinforce and improve the
security of our Wi-Fi against malicious software, hardware, and websites, and to filter it to block
or restrict access.
