Where
it all started
Only a few of us had heard of gourmet cheese 30 years ago in India. And, it was an opportunity waiting to be
tapped. That’s exaly what we decided to do. In the by-lanes of old Delhi, an idea had taken birth.

It wasn’t an easy journey. Constrained by the limits of information and technology then, we had to first learn
the basics of cheese, all the different varieties and processes. There were challenges and setbacks aplenty, but
sheer determination and a love for good cheese saw the modest beginning of Dairy Craft in 1993, ushering
in a new era of cheese in India. Over the next few years, through learning and a never-say-no spirit, the range
of our produs grew. So did the trust of Dairy Craft, not just in the country but also internationally.
From inception, our only objeive Has been to manufaure honestly crafted world-class cheeses in India
and make it easily accessible to all fellow Indians.

shredded produs, Dutch and English variants to fresh Italian mozzarella. We’re driven by a deep and abiding
love for cheese, and you’ll taste that passion in everything we do. Today, Dairy Craft is an ISO 22000
certified company and we make over 40 varieties of cheese (All MADE IN INDIA) and continue to add more
as we go along. Our range of cheese is being used by leading hotels and restaurants and is also available in
modern retail as well as several Ecommerce Platforms.

Cheesemaking is craft and science-we’re equally invested in both, backed by our values of honesty,
integrity and community. We invest a great deal in quality measures and have employed stringent
strategies and interdependent teams towards making produs of the highest quality. Right from milk
procurement to manufauring and delivery, our produs are tested on various parameters so you get
quality that is world class. Multiple technological transfers and collaborations between Dairy Craft and
some of the leading cheese makers from Germany & Italy keep us abreast with the latest.

stock points, we are present in over 40 cities

Bocconcini
Following the art of Italian tradition, Dairy Craft's Bocconcini is made from 100% fresh rich
& creamy buffalo milk, with no added preservatives. These baby balls of mozzarella are made
to capture the much-loved taste and texture of its bigger sibling in bite-sized mouthfuls.
Creamy and stretchy, these balls are immersed in whey to ensure they stay soft and fresh.
They’re perfe for tossing with salad, goes well in pizzas and pastas. and make a great
lunchbox addition for kids too

Natural Cream Cheese
Cream Cheese is a fresh, soft, mild tasting cheese with a smooth texture that’s spreadable at room
temperature. Made from wholesome cream, fresh milk and natural ingredients with no emulsifying
salt, our Cream Cheese has a mildly lactic aroma.

Original Plain: Natural Cream Cheese: Made from all-natural ingredients – fresh cream, whole milk
– with no emulsifying salt, our spreadable cream cheese is perfe on toasts and crackers, to swirl into a
dip or turn into a delicious cheesecake.

Naturally Sweet
Mascarpone Cheese
Mascarpone is a thick, creamy, soft Italian cheese that’s milky white in colour.

With its distin unique taste that’s often described as ‘fresh and delicious’, Mascarpone is an
essential ingredient in Tiramisu.

It is also ideal for thickening savoury sauces or as a filling in desserts such as tarts and cheese cakes.
You can also serve it with fresh fruits or as a topping for desserts.

Fresh Ricotta
Ricotta is a rich fresh, crumbly, firm cheese that’s moist and has a slightly sweet flavour.

Neither salted nor ripened, made from fresh whey. Mild and fluffy, ricotta is wonderfully
versatile – crumbled over pasta, stuffed into cannelloni, pillowy ravioli, or sweet cannoli or
even on a pizza.

Sour Cream
When cream meets good baeria, magic happens. Made from cultured cream, it has a uniform
composition and moderately thick consistency.

Sour cream keeps longer because of its mild acidity, and adds a tangy note to your baked potatoes,
dips and nachos.

Pizza Cheese
A pasteurised, homogenised blend of Mozzarella and English Cheddar- giving it a subtle aromatic
nutty taste. It's packed with the goodness of milk and has no added Hydrogenated or Vegetable
Oil It can be cut, diced or shredded as needed. With consistent uniformity and excellent melting
properties, it crisps and browns perfely.

With Dairy Craft’s John Pizza Cheese, pizzas will never be the same again.

Fetta
Crumbly and creamy fetta is a curd-ripened cheese made by aging in a salt brine until it gets its
charaeristic salty tang that adds zing to salads and pairs perfely with olive oil and herbs.
A popular ingredient in cheese pies and spinach pies, Fetta can even be cooked or grilled, as part of a
sandwich, in omelettes or as a salty alternative to other cheeses in a variety of dishes or pizzas.

Scamorza
The mature cousin of the much-loved mozzarella, scamorza – not scar-moza – is a pear-shaped,
stretched cheese made of fresh milk, which is then hung to dry and ripen, giving it its distinive shape
and firmer texture, with the same great taste.

Bianca or Plain: Drier than mozzarella, it melts beautifully when heated. Its bland
milky taste makes it an excellent substitute for mozzarella in salads, pizzas,
sandwiches and even baked pasta dishes.

Affumicata or Smoked: The smoked variant of Scamorza has a golden-brown rind


with an aromatic flavour. Popular as a table cheese, it complements well with red
wine, ham and mushroom. It can also be used in pizzas, pasta dishes, mixed grilled
vegetables and sandwiches.

English Cheddar
Original Plain: An off-white natural, farmhouse cheese with an ageing of 2-3 months. It has a
smooth, firm body and a creamy taste with a rich tendency to melt in one’s mouth.

The most versatile cheese of all, its use is only limited by your imagination. It’s a great choice
for use over breads and in appetizers, casseroles and desserts. English Cheddar can also be used
as a topping on your meals or on top of apple pies.

Smoked English Cheddar: A naturally smoked cheese with a hint of smoke flavour that does
not leave a burnt after-taste.

Its deliciously creamy taste makes it a great accompaniment with wine or even a zesty apple.
Goes really well with chips and crackers.

String Cheese
String Cheese, also known as mozzarella fingers, is made using premium standardised buffalo milk,
using our state-of-the-art string cheese process without any additives or preservatives. The
stringiness is naturally created by allowing the cheese to be pulled apart in strands.

These sticks are available in 3 inch and 6 inch lengths.

It is used to make fried snacks like mozzarella sticks & mozzarella cheesy bites. You can add it to
spaghetti and pizzas, or enjoy it as a snack with apples and nuts.

A pasteurized homogenous blend of Mozzarella & English Cheddar with uniform melting and a
subtle aromatic nutty taste. With no concept of imitation cheese being involved, we ensure that
this cheese is packed with goodness of milk and has no added components of vegetable or
hydrogenated oil.

Easy to grate and cube, it is widely used as a topping over pizzas and pastas.

Farmhouse Cheese Slices
The flavour of sharp Cheddar makes these individually wrapped farmhouse cheese slices a favourite
with kids and adults alike, a lunchbox staple and made for slipping into burgers and sandwiches. All
made with no vegetable or hydrogenated oil, just the goodness of fresh milk. These delicately
flavoured and individually wrapped slices are made using Weber’s innovation in slicing technology .

Smoked Processed Cheese
Made in India with the finest Dutch tradition, this naturally smoked cheese has acquired its
distinctive taste after a careful smoking process. Produced using nearly 100% cheese with no added
starch, it has a velvety texture. Its delicious rich nutty taste and subtle smoky flavour makes it
delightful to eat as is or as a melted dressing.

A prefect addition to any pasta dish, sandwich or burger, it can make a fondue pot even more
exquisite. And finally, there can be no finer pairing than wine with smoked cheese.

Salted Butter
Our velvety, golden slow-churned butter has just the right amount of salt to lift and enliven every dish
you use it in. Crafted using the art of slow churning the cream of milk fat, this butter is ideal for
spreading & cooking and serves as a healthy option to enhance the flavour of your favourite dishes.

Desi Ghee
Traditionally, the word ‘Ghee’ comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Ghrita’ and its origin dates back to
the Indian subcontinent. In the scriptures, pure ghee is signified by life or ‘ayurghritam’ and this is
refleed in the sacred ways ghee has been used in many praices ranging from rituals of feeding
the sacred fire or in enhancing the aroma & flavours while cooking. The best ghee comes from
golden churned butter, made from the purest milk, as any Indian grandmother will tell you – just
like we make ours.

Desi Ghee has multiple uses and powerful medicinal properties, and is considered to be a rich
source of Vitamin A, E, K and Omega 9 fatty acids.
